Force In Training (FIT) presented by Wells Fargo

In one day, over 200 restaurants and Wells Fargo volunteers prepare thousands of ProStart students for their first jobs and first paychecks. Restaurant volunteers conduct mock interviews, discuss their career paths, and provide advice on how students can land that all-important first job. Wells Fargo volunteers give students a solid financial foundation by breaking down a paycheck and learning about budgeting basics.
Here’s a look at what we accomplished together in 2025:
- 200 volunteers leading mock interviews and activities at 55 workshops
- 3,500 teens prepared for first jobs and first paychecks
- In addition, virtual training was made available to 14,500 teens in 150 high schools
