The Culinary & Cocktail Clash 2021
The 10th annual Culinary + Cocktail Clash raised $68,000 for high school culinary programs! Thank you to all the restaurant teams and sponsors for rallying for ProStart students. We’ll see you again in August 2023!
What’s the Clash? In the Culinary competition, restaurant teams work with a teen sous chef to create the ultimate taco! Of course, teams must use special ingredients like a Coca-Cola product. In the Cocktail competition (no students), teams shake up one-of-a-kind Tito’s creations at our reception for teams and sponsors.
