The best bartenders in SoCal faced-off in the eighth annual Culinary + Cocktail Clash, a fundraising event to benefit the California Restaurant Association Foundation (CRAF), presented by Coca-Cola. The showdown took place at House of Blues Anaheim on June 2. Teams had just five minutes to create a craft cocktail using Tito’s and a Coca-Cola product. More pictures can be found here.

 

Required Ingredients:

  • Coca Cola – Coke, Sprite, Simply Cranberry, Simply Orange Juice, Orange Vanilla Coke, Zico Coconut Water
  • Spirit – Tito’s Handmade Vodka  
  • Torani Syrups –  Cane Sugar, Signature Vanilla, Passion Fruit, White Peach 

    Banana Bay – “Tito’s Tea Cocktail”

    Ingredients 

    • Tito’s Handmade Vodka
    • Kahlua
    • Torani Signature Vanilla 
    • Zico Coconut Water

    Directions

    • Mix ingredients 
    • Serve

      BJ’s Restaurants – “The Cloud Martini”

      Awards: Garnish Champ

      Ingredients 

      • 1.5 oz Tito’s 
      • .5 oz Odwalla Lime Juice 
      • .5 oz Torani Cane Sugar 
      • 2 oz Blue Sparkling Brut
      • Rock candy, cotton candy, gold leaf

      Directions

      • Add Tito’s, lime juice, and Torani syrup in tin with ice
      • Vigorous shake
      • Strain tin into martini glass
      • Place cotton candy completely around rock candy stick, lace with edible gold 
      • Place garnish on top of drink and pour sparkling wine over garnish 
      • Watch the magic happen!

        Ingredients 

        • Tito’s Infused with lemongrass
        • Smith & Cross Rum
        • Cachaca
        • Coca-Cola syrup
        • Torani Signature Vanilla
        • Lime
        • Pineapple 

        Directions

        • Add all ingredients to tin
        • Short shake
        • Pour and garnish

         

         

        Shinobi – “Hot Passion for Tito’s”

        Ingredients 

        • 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
        • .75 oz Torani Passion Fruit
        • .5 oz Passion fruit juice
        • .5 oz Simply Orange Juice
        • 1 oz Dasani Sparkling Lime
        • Cilantro, Serrano pepper, Tajin, Ancho chiles, cederwood, passion fruit

        Directions

        • Firewood
        • Add Ancho chiles to smoke
        • Rim glass with Tajin
        • Smoke glass
        • Muddle Serrano and cilantro with Dasani
        • Add Tito’s, Torani, and juices
        • Shake
        • Double strain onto rocks 
        • Serve!

          Ingredients

          • 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
          • .75 oz Torani Passion Fruit 
          • .5 Odwalla Lime Juice 
          • Dash of lavender bitters
          • Beet juice
          • Ginger beer
          • Wigglewood
          • Lavender incense 

          Directions 

          • Combine vodka, Torani syrup, lime juice, bitters, beet juice
          • Shake
          • Smoke wigglewood 
          • Add lavender 

          Wedgewood Weddings – “Komodo Kooler”

          Ingredients 

          • Tito’s Handmade Vodka
          • Ginger
          • Torani White Peach 
          • Lime orange bitters 

          Directions

          • Add all ingredients to tin
          • Serve in a hurricane glass
